I ordered a 13” pad holder and received a 15” instead

I am waiting for a return exchange as I was told to pay for shipping.
I am very pleased with the Prolux Core machine and need the buffer pads

Small footprint big results

Amazing suction, easy to move around, and I love the self storing retractable cord. The main hose handle needs to be designed better and I would’ve really liked to of had the option for a powerhead, but the biggest CFM units don’t have powered heads.

Great upgrade

I purchased a new wand because the electrical part of it had been pulled it and it was designed in a way it could not be fixed. The new wand was made placed down the outside of the wand, ensuring it can’t be broken the same way again.
